We went from entering monthly payments by hand to 98% of families using the electronic payment system through the parent portal. We received 100% positive feedback from our families with the implementation of Sandbox. The system gave parents/guardians a portal for all of their needs from electronic registration to monthly payments. The system basically gave us the ability to go paperless. First, the customer service representatives at Sandbox are A+ always available to answer questions and help with the set up. I was the point person so I needed to know it from A to Z. Comments: I was responsible for learning and implementing the software so I started from the beginning to learn all that Sandbox could do to improve our department.
